  • Regency Employee Benefits, our Third Party Administrator, specializes in alternative funding programs, self-insured plan administration (in-house), self-insured plan administration (insurance company ASO products), 125 flex spending account plan administration, COBRA/HIPAA administration, and 401(k) retirement plan administration.
